Q. How long does it take for my item to arrive?

A. Here is a breakdown of what happens when the spree closes, according to the number of working days in a week:
Week 1*: Settling of payment from buyers, and confirmation of orders (colour/size/availability)
Week 2: I make payment to the supplier. Some items may be restocked.
Week 3: Supplier packs items and ships out.
Week 4*: I receive items, pack and mail them.
*These processes may be shortened, depending on the cooperation of the parties I deal with, and my work schedule. On average, waiting period, is about 14-21 working days. In the event of unprecedented delay, I will notify you via email.
Q. Why are there 2 prices for the same item?
A. These pertain to items that come in free AND plus size. They are marked by F$A, P$B. That means the free size version of this item costs $A, and the plus item costs $B. The difference is pricing is decided by the supplier. Over there, plus items just cost more.
Q. I am UK Size "X", which size will best fit me?
A. Buyers are advised to take individual measurements rather than rely wholly on UK size charts as we have different body shapes (heavier top/bottom). But here is a gauge:
Q. Can I have a particular item by a certain date?
A. I cannot customise my delivery dates for any one buyer. If you require an item by a certain the date, do order in advance, 2 months ahead is safe.
Q. The item I bought doesn't fit/suit me. Can I sell it to you at a lower price?
A. I do not buy the items which I sold, back. However, I can facilitate a resale for you, provided that the item is still brand new with tags, and you contact me within 3 months of the time it was bought from me. What I do is post an ad for the item on the blogshop at zero costs for 3 months. I will alert you when there is a buyer, and you liaise directly. I'm totally out of the picture.
Q. Do I get discounts if I buy X number of items?
A. Yes! The more you buy, the bigger the discount. The types and amount of discount is not listed, to give me the flexibility to combine monetary discounts with other services, eg. altering, free registered mail, meet-ups, etc.
Q. Can I defer payment?
A. No. If you are running out of cash, then I suggest you save up and join us in our spree the next month. The items will usually still be around. I will update you on availability. Slight deferment may be possible for long-time buyers with good payment record.
Q. I notice that most of the XL items are for those bust size 40", while the free size items are for those bust size 34". Will anything fit a regular L-size?
A. Notice that I wrote "bust within 40", not bust = 40". Some of the XL items will fit L sizes, especially those that are made of stretchable material, or where the bust area on the item is smocked (meaning, elastic). Check with me whether the item you like has elastic features.
Q. There is this dress which I saw on another blogshop. Wonder if you are able to source this design for me via your suppliers?
A. Yes, this is possible, as I pick and choose what to list on my website. Some of the items which I think are not nice/suitable are left out already but my suppliers still carry the item. However, I cannot guarantee success that I can find what you want. There is no fee for me sourcing the item for you. If it is found, I will give you a quote. If you think it's reasonable, we'll go ahead with the sale. If not, it's ok. Same goes for sizes. I post mostly plus items but yes, it is possible to source the same design in smaller size. Feel free to ask!
Q. I opted for normal postage, and it's been ages since the item got posted out! Could the item be lost? Can you help?
A. Alas normal postage does not come with 100% guarantee. Of the > 100 packages I sent out, there has been 1 case of item lost in the process of mailing which we have not been able to retrieve. But in general, I think SingPost has 99.9% success rate when it comes to deliveries.
When you suspect that a package is missing, please email me promptly. What I can do is to email SingPost with details of when/where I mailed out the item, what it contained, looked like, etc. I have enquired through this means before, and we have been able to retrieve 1 package, where the mailing address was incorrect.
As a safety measure, I include my return address behind the package. And yes, there have been kind people who have returned the package to me, when it has been wrongly delivered.
Q. I don't trust postage. Do you do meet-ups?
A. I only do meet-ups along Upper Aljunied or MacPherson Road. Town is unlikely.
Q. I don't have i-banking device. How do I pay you?
A. You can try ATM transfer or get your friend to do i-banking transfer for you. Payment by Paypal is possible but subject to a 5.5% surcharge. Concealed cash by registered post is another option, but I've not tried it, use it at your own risk! Payment upon meet-up only for long-time buyers with excellent payment record.
Q. Do you accept overseas orders?
A. Yes. But overseas postage fees are chargeable based on weight and distance. Within Asia, the postage rates are quite reasonable. Delivery period within Asia range from 4-20 working days. You have to pay 5.5% Paypal processing fees, on top of the price of item + international postage.
Q. Can I send enquiries/orders to you via sms?
A. Email is my best and ONLY mode of communication, because I can and will answer you whenever I am really free. Sms enquiries will be ignored.My handphone is used for meet-up communications only. Please give me space for privacy. Thanks!
